At Narval Wetsuits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

• Be in their original condition.

• Be clean, unworn and unused, except for trying them on as you would in a retail store.

• Include all original tags, packaging and accessories whenever possible.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Narval Wetsuits cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs showing the problem.

Where a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, Narval Wetsuits will:

• Cover all return shipping costs.

• Offer either a replacement, repair (where appropriate), or a full refund.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your wetsuit for a different size, please contact us before returning your order.

First size exchange within the European Union is free of charge.

Additional exchanges or exchanges outside the EU may incur shipping charges.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item or from the date you provide proof that it has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required under applicable consumer protection law.

Any upgraded or express shipping services selected during checkout are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Custom-made wetsuits.

• Personalized products.

• Items manufactured to the customer's specifications.

• Gift cards.
